Arriving at the cabin
Find the cabin
Redtail Rendezvous is located at 55302 317th Avenue East, Ashford, WA 98304. From Highway 706, turn onto 317th Ave E — the cabin is at the end of the gravel drive. Look for the A-frame chalet on your left.
Park on-site
Pull into the gravel driveway — there's space for two vehicles. The EV charger is on the left side of the driveway (Level 2, J1772 connector). In winter, the drive is maintained but may require cautious driving in heavy snow.
Enter with your code
The front door has a keypad lock. Your unique access code is sent 24 hours before check-in via email. Check-in time is 4:00 PM. Simply enter your code and you're home.

Stone fireplace
The propane fireplace is controlled by the switch on the wall to the right of the hearth. Turn the knob to 'on,' set your preferred flame height, and enjoy. No wood, no ash, no hassle.
Hot tub
The covered hot tub is ready for you on the back deck. Temperature is pre-set to 102°F. The cover lifts off with the side straps. Please replace the cover after each use to maintain heat and keep debris out. Towels are provided inside.
Wi-Fi
Network: RedtailGuest — Password is included in your check-in message. The fiber connection runs 100+ Mbps and covers the entire property, including the hot tub deck. Great for streaming, video calls, and remote work.
Heating & A/C
The cabin has central heating and full air conditioning. The thermostat is in the hallway between the bedroom and bathroom. Set it to your comfort — we just ask that you leave it at 65°F when you depart.
Smart TV & streaming
The living room TV is a Smart TV with built-in apps. You can sign into your own Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, or other accounts. All accounts are automatically cleared after your stay for your privacy.
Kitchen
The full kitchen is stocked with pots, pans, baking sheets, a coffee maker, toaster, blender, and all the basics. Spices, olive oil, coffee, and tea are provided. The dishwasher is under the counter to the left of the sink.
EV charger
The Level 2 charger is on the left side of the driveway. It uses a standard J1772 connector (compatible with Tesla via adapter). Charging is complimentary. Expect roughly 25-30 miles of range per hour.
Trash & recycling
Trash goes in the bear-proof bin at the end of the driveway. Recycling is in the blue bin next to it. Please take trash out before checkout — wildlife will investigate unsecured bags.

Host team
Email bookings@redtailrendezvous.com — we respond within 1-2 hours during daytime Pacific hours. For urgent property issues (water, heat, lock problems), we'll escalate immediately.
Park information
Mount Rainier National Park Visitor Information: nps.gov/mora. Check conditions before heading out, especially in shoulder seasons.
Departure checklist
We keep it simple — just a few quick things before you head out.
- Start the dishwasher or hand-wash any dishes used
- Take trash and recycling to the bins at the end of the driveway
- Replace the hot tub cover
- Turn off the fireplace
- Set the thermostat to 65°F
- Lock the front door — it auto-locks when closed
- Leave the key code as-is (it resets automatically)
- Check-out time is 11:00 AM
